World Heritage Site Machu Picchu
Machu Picchu is an Incan castle located in Peruvian Andes Mountains, more than 7,000 feet above sea level. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site which is built in the 15th century by great emperors but later fell into ruin. It was hidden from the outside world for hundreds of years. Now it is among the most visited places in Peru and voted as the new Seven Wonders of the World in 2007.
